- Visit the Website: Go to the booking website.
- Choose a Property: Browse and select the home you’re interested in.
- Select Dates: Scroll to the calendar on the property page and pick your desired check-in and check-out dates. A quote will automatically appear.
- Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” on the right-hand side.
- Enter Payment Info: A window will prompt you to enter your credit card details.
- Complete Booking: After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a Guest Rental Agreement to sign.
Additional Notes:
- Some homes are only available for weekly bookings during the prime season (Memorial Day to Labor Day), either Saturday–Saturday or Sunday–Sunday. Check the listing details for specifics.
- You can call our office at (207) 337-6105 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM) for help with booking.
- Paying by check will allow you to avoid the credit card processing fee.
Rates may change, but you will be charged the rate shown at the time of booking.

- If you need something specific, you’re encouraged to contact Seagrass in advance to confirm its availability.
Linens & Towels:
- All bed linens and towels (bath, hand, and washcloths) are provided based on the home’s listed occupancy.
- Beds will be made upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to your stay.
Starter Supplies Provided:
- Paper towels and toilet paper
- Bathing amenities in each bathroom
- Laundry detergent and dishwashing pods
